To view and manage your support requests, and access all support content including knowledge articles, how-to guides, FAQs, training videos, and more you must be logged in to the Cresta Support portal.

Log in using SSO
- Go to login.cresta.com and sign in to Cresta Director as usual.
- Keep Director open. In a new browser tab, go to support.cresta.com or open a direct article link.
- Click Sign in (top right or middle of the page).
- Click Continue with SSO.
You’ll be signed in automatically and redirected to the Cresta Support homepage or the specific article.
If you haven’t signed into Cresta Director before accessing the Support portal, you’ll be prompted to do so. After signing in, return to support.cresta.com or your article link and follow steps 3–4 again.
Log in using a password
To sign up for the first time:
- Go to support.cresta.com and click Sign in (top right or under the search bar). Or, use a direct article link to reach the sign-in page.
- On the sign-in page, click Sign up.
- Enter your name and company email.
- Click Sign up. You will receive an email to create a password.
- Open the email titled "Create a password for Cresta" and click Create a password.
- Set a password (5–127 characters, must differ from your email) and click Set password.
Save your password for future access.
You’ll be redirected to the Cresta Support site with full content access.
