How do I check which user profiles have been deactivated?

Inactive users are profiles that have been deactivated or disabled. Once a profile is deactivated, the user should not be able to login to Cresta.  Only users with Admin roles can disable and access inactive profiles.

 

Instructions

1. To access inactive profiles, navigate to Director using your customer namespace URL. Example URL: https://customername.cresta.com/director/

2. Log in using SSO (if the option is available to you) or the username/password created by a Cresta Admin on your team

2. Once you are logged in, click "User Management" on left panel

3. Toggle the "Show Inactive Users" button to ON
